Job summary

Fabindia invites applications for Store Incharge - Retail Sales. The role oversees sales target achievement, stock control, advertising and promotions, and maintains excellent customer service at a busy retail outlet in Kerala.

You will supervise and mentor sales staff to increase efficiency, ensure visual consistency of the store, handle merchandise planning and B2B orders, enforce HR protocols, review team KRAs, update MIS monthly, and monitor expenses within budget.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience at managerial level (3–6 years) required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
