Fabindia in Bengaluru is seeking a Store Incharge - Retail Sales to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure premium customer service. The role requires hands-on supervision of sales staff and visual presentation to maximize footfall and conversion.

You will coordinate merchandising, handle B2B orders, advise on promotions, and ensure HR processes are followed. A 3–6 year track record in retail management and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

• 3–6 years of managerial retail experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervision of Visual look and feel of the store
• Supervise and mentor sales staff to increase operational efficiency.

• Review and appraisals of the team members as per defined KRA's
• Update various MIS on a monthly basis
• Monitor expenses as per the allocated budget
• Maintaining all the documents required for SPPI audit

Preferred candidate profile

• Work experience in Retail at Managerial Level of atleast 3-6years
• Should be able to work on MS Office smoothly
• Good leadership qualities and excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, Vigilant, Self motivated, Proactiveness, Positive attitude, Good observation & Analytical skills.
