Lawman Pg3 is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales performance across monthly, weekly, and daily targets, drive conversion, ATV, UPT, and other KPIs while ensuring smooth store operations.

You will manage the team, maintain brand standards, control costs, optimize inventory, and deliver a superior customer experience, reporting daily, weekly and monthly performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of retail experience, preferably in an EBO/brand outlet.

• Allocate responsibilities and ensure manpower utilisation.
• Conduct regular briefings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure grooming, attendance, discipline and productivity standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and handle complaints.
• Ensure staff follow selling processes and service standards.
• Build repeat customers and improve retention.
• Maintain accurate inventory and minimise shrinkage.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing and transfers.
• Regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Control damages, returns and discrepancies.
• Ensure VM guidelines per brand standards and timely launches.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in cash/collections and conduct cash reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with audits and company requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Track sales, stock, expenses and KPI performance.
• Identify gaps and implement action plans.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

• Ensure store readiness, cleanliness and brand standards at all times.
• Control operating expenses and avoid unnecessary costs.

3. Team Management

• Lead, motivate and monitor the store team.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure optimum manpower utilisation.
• Conduct regular briefings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure grooming, attendance, discipline and productivity standards.

4. Customer Experience

• Deliver an excellent and consistent customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Ensure staff follows the defined selling process and service standards.
• Build repeat customers and improve customer retention.

5. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory and minimise stock losses/shrinkage.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing, replenishment and transfers.
• Ensure regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper control over damages, returns and discrepancies.

6. Visual Merchandising

• Ensure VM guidelines are implemented as per brand standards.
• Maintain product presentation, displays, signage and promotional communication.
• Coordinate timely implementation of new launches and campaigns.ponsibilities

7. Cash & Compliance

• Ensure 100% accuracy in cash, card, UPI and other collections.
• Conduct regular cash reconciliation and resolve discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure petty cash and store expenses are properly controlled and documented.
• Maintain compliance with audit, statutory and company requirements.

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly store reports.
• Track sales, stock, expenses, manpower and KPI performance.
• Identify gaps and implement action plans with clear timelines.
