Shadowfax Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a Store In-Charge to oversee dark store operations, ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, and drive daily targets. The role requires quick commerce experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team with flexibility across shifts. Immediate joiners preferred for weekend coverage.

Local candidates with inventory and warehouse knowledge are preferred; rider coordination and process compliance are essential components of the role.

JD - Store In-Charge

Experience Required:

Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Dark Store operations preferred.

Experience in warehouse, retail store, or inventory operations will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day dark store operations.

Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Manage store inventory and maintain stock accuracy.

Monitor store productivity, operational processes, and team performance.

Coordinate with riders and ensure smooth order dispatch.

Handle customer/order-related operational issues.

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and process compliance.

Manage and guide store staff to achieve daily operational targets.

Candidate Requirements:

Local candidates preferred.

Quick Commerce / Dark Store experience is highly preferred.

Rider hiring can be managed separately through the local hiring process. The primary requirement is for Store In-Charge and Assistant Store In-Charge candidates with Quick Commerce experience.
