Job summary

OKAYA in Pune is seeking an inventory professional to manage service spare parts inventory, including receipt, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation, ensuring faults are minimized and parts are available for field operations.

You will coordinate with Service, Procurement and Logistics to ensure timely replenishment, maintain accurate records, perform periodic stock verification, and address ageing or obsolete stock while keeping system documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Manage service spare parts inventory including receipt, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely availability and dispatch of spares, batteries, inverter components, and service materials to field teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, inward/outward entries, and system documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification, monitor ageing/obsolete stock, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely replenishment and smooth service operations.
