A leading electric vehicle company based in Mumbai seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, and conduct regular audits. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP or Excel and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include updating inventory data, ensuring proper storage, and supporting compliance requirements. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy of our EV assets and inventory management processes.

• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct stock audits and cycle counts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and EV assets.
• Monitor inward, outward, and stock movements across hubs.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with teams for timely material availability.
• Update inventory data in ERP/Excel systems.
• Identify stock variances and escalate issues.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of inventory items.
• Support compliance, audit requirements, and inventory reconciliations

Monitorinward, outward, and stock movementsacross hubs and warehouses.

Conductregular stock audits and cycle countsto ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for timely material availability.

Update inventory data inERP/Excel systemsand prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Identify stock variances, shortages, or damages and escalate accordingly.

Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of inventory items.

Support compliance, audit requirements, and inventory reconciliations
