Pioneer Drip Systems in Secunderabad/Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, manage inventory lifecycle, and support order fulfillment. You will balance leadership with active store and shipping tasks, requiring organization, Excel expertise, and a commitment to seamless customer experience from delivery to dispatch.

Ideal candidate has 0-2 years in inventory management and goods dispatch, basic invoicing knowledge, and a strong eye for detail.

• Graduate in any degree with knowledge on store management and goods dispatch.
• 0-2 years experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and E-Way Bill process.
• Good typing speed, attention to detail, and Excel knowledge.

• Maintain Inventory: Monitor, audit, and track stock levels daily to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
• Receive Deliveries: Accept incoming shipments, physically unload inventory, and verify received stock against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Discrepancy Tracking: Document any damaged goods or short-shipments and log them directly into inventory systems.
• Pick & Pack Goods: Accurately pull items from stock shelves and securely pack goods for customer shipping or pickup.

Role & responsibilities

In this role, you will balance leadership responsibilities with active, day-to-day stores and shipping tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and dedicated to maintaining a seamless customer experience from delivery to dispatch.
