Role Description

The Store Incharge role at Excelsource International Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mundra. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and housekeeping. The Store Incharge is responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment, and implementing procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies. The position requires maintaining documentation and reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Store Incharge will also interact with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to support smooth material flow and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong store management skills, including inventory control, material handling, and record keeping.
• Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to support internal stakeholders and respond to requirements promptly.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with procurement, project teams, logistics, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention or equivalent controls, with the ability to implement checks to reduce shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Experience in store or warehouse supervision in engineering, industrial, or project-based environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mundra, manage teams or helpers, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
