Documentation & Compliance• Maintain meticulous documentation for all store transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), rejection reports, and stock ledgers.• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management, highlighting stock turnover, slow-moving items, and shortages.• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the store premises.4. Responsibilities

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of core experience in store management or warehouse operations.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. A diploma in Material Management is a strong plus.• Technical Skills:o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or relevant inventory software) and MS Office (especially Excel).o Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control methodologies.• Soft Skills:o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.o Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a ground-level team.o Good communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.o High level of integrity and attention to detail.
