Job summary

Elle Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

The role requires maintaining real-time ERP-based inventory records and coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics for timely dispatch. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of core store management experience, a commerce-related degree, and strong ERP/MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP software (SAP, Tally, or Oracle).
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Responsibilities

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of core experience in store management or warehouse operations.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. A diploma in Material Management is a strong plus.• Technical Skills:o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or relevant inventory software) and MS Office (especially Excel).o Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control methodologies.• Soft Skills:o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.o Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a ground-level team.o Good communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.o High level of integrity and attention to detail.
