Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management – Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, inspection, logging, storage, and issuance of all materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate, real‑time inventory records using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Oracle). Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Implement inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis) to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Dispatch & Material Handling – Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. Verify all incoming and outgoing gate passes, delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy. Ensure proper handling, packaging, and safe storage to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain meticulous documentation for all store transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), rejection reports, and stock ledgers. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports highlighting stock turnover, slow‑moving items, and shortages. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the store premises.
• Team Leadership & Housekeeping – Supervise, train, and guide store helpers and loaders to achieve maximum productivity. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety (5S practices) within the warehouse/store area.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of core experience in store management or warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. A diploma in Material Management is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or relevant inventory software) and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
