This role focuses on driving footfall and revenue through local marketing, optimizing product mix and promotions, coaching staff on upselling, and ensuring compliance with labour laws, safety norms, and reporting with POS analytics.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Manage inventory ordering, stock replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage/returns
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, scheduling, and quality checks
• Handle operational issues or emergencies to keep the store running smoothly
• Drive footfall and sales through local marketing initiatives
• Optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions to boost profitability
• Track key metrics — conversion rate, average transaction value, category performance
• Coach staff on upselling and cross-selling
• Build a customer-first culture — warm greetings, understanding needs, quick issue resolution
• Use CRM tools to drive repeat visits and loyalty
• Collect and act on customer feedback
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety norms, and licensing requirements
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using POS and analytics tools
• Work with finance for reconciliation and audits
• Maintain visual merchandising per brand guidelines
