Job summary

Electro Power and controls is seeking a Store Incharge to oversee daily store and warehouse activities, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations. The role focuses on strict inventory control and efficient material handling.

You will manage GRN-based receipt processes, stock issuance to departments, and maintain outward logs, while monitoring stock levels and coordinating with purchasing for timely reorders.

Qualifications

• Storekeeping and inventory management experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming materials using Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Stock Issuance & Dispatch: Issue materials to respective departments according to approved requests and maintain outward logs.
• Replenishment: Monitor stock thresholds and coordinate with the purchase department for timely material reordering.
