Job summary

Morcom Induction Pvt Ltd in Haryana invites a Store Incharge to manage the factory store day-to-day: receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials with tight stock accuracy and clean records to keep production uninterrupted. Role Snapshot

Role Purpose The Store Incharge runs Morcom's factory store day to day — accurate receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials, tight stock accuracy, and clean records so production is never starved and stock is always trustworthy. The role owns the physical store, GRN and BOM-based issue, inventory accuracy, 5S and statutory documentation, and feeds clean stock data to the materials function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Material Management Receipt & GRN:Govern inward receipt, GRN and inward-inspection coordination with Quality; correct put-away to designated locations. Storage & handling:Safe, systematic, labelled storage with bin locations, FIFO / FEFO and 5S. Issue & dispatch:Accurate, timely issue of material to production against requisition / BOM, and correct outward dispatch with documentation.
2. Inventory Control & Accuracy Stock levels:Maintain min / max / re-order levels; prevent stockouts and overstock. Counts & audits:Run cycle counts and periodic physical audits; reconcile book-vs-physical and investigate variances. Dead stock:Identify and clear slow-moving / dead stock; recommend return-to-vendor.
3. Systems, Records & MIS ERP & Excel:Run the store on ERP (Odoo / SAP / Tally) and Excel; keep receipts, issues, transfers and stock current. MIS:Maintain bin cards, GRN / issue registers and stock MIS — value, ageing and consumption.
4. Compliance & Safety Statutory:Apply RGP / NRGP and E-Way Bill basics; keep records audit-ready. Safety & 5S:Uphold safe stacking, housekeeping and store discipline as a controlled area.
5. Coordination Cross-functional:Partner with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch to keep material flowing and the line fed.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills & Competencies Store & inventory:Receipt, GRN, storage, FIFO, issue, audits and stock accuracy. Systems:ERP (Odoo / SAP / Tally) and MS Excel for stock and MIS. Factory issue:BOM-based issue and 3-way-match readiness. Statutory:RGP / NRGP and E-Way Bill basics. Discipline:Accuracy, record-keeping and integrity. Communication:Fluent Hindi and basic English.

First 90 Days — Performance Expectations

• Day 1 – 30:Learn Morcom's materials, store layout and GRN / issue flow; map open items.
• Day 31 – 60:Own inventory discipline — min / max, FIFO, cycle counts — and BOM-based issue; run a clean stock MIS.
• Day 61 – 90:Run the full store cycle independently with high accuracy and clean MIS.
