Job summary

Nuvotec Titanium Process Equipment seeks an experienced Stores and Inventory professional to manage material receipt, issue, return, and rejection while ensuring accurate stock levels and compliance with GMP, ISO, and ASME standards. The role covers ERP MM and MS Office usage, layout planning, and logistics coordination within the manufacturing plant.

Candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in fabrication or engineering industries, with a Diploma or Engineering degree and strong

Qualifications

• Knowledge of stores and inventory management, GMP, ISO/ASME standards.
• Experience with material receipt, issue, return and rejection.
• Proficient in physical inventory counting and stock management.
• ERP MM module and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage stores, inventory and layout planning per production needs.
• Supervise material receipt, issue, return and rejection processes.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain raw material dispensing and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and MSDS handling.
• Coordinate logistics and materials flow within plant.
• Adhere to ISO/ASME standards and manpower handling.
• Provide oversight of civil and electrical work related to factory setup.

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate should have knowledge of latest concepts in Stores Management, Inventory Management and Layout Planning and also the knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices,FIFO/FEFO and MSDS.


• Candidate should have experience of handling material receipt, Issue, Return and Rejection.


• Person must have experience in physical inventory counting, stock management, raw material dispensing and proper housekeeping.


• Candidate must have good knowledge of ERP ( MM module) and MS Office.


• Person should have to do physical verification of raw materials, monitoring the ambiguity of the materials as per plan and managing inventory of critical items.


• Candidate should have good knowledge of managing documentation as per ISO & ASME Standards and Manpower handling.


• Good knowledge in logistics management.


• Should have understanding of civil & electrical work involved in constructing a factory Experience in Stainless Steel Fabrication Company & exposure to ASME will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical engineering / Any Degree

Experience : 7-10 yrs in fabrication / any engineering industry.
