Job summary

GatiHire in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch, receipts, and vendor coordination. This hands-on role requires strong accuracy and hands-on leadership on the floor.

You will maintain inventory records, reconcile stock, and work with Excel, ERP, or WMS systems to ensure smooth inward and outward movements. 2-4 years of relevant experience, familiarity with 5S, and a proactive approach are preferred for

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or floor operations.
• Candidates with a background in Quality/QC will be preferred.
• Experience in retail, FMCG distribution, D2C fulfilment, OEM/spare parts stores, or similar environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management, inward/outward operations, stock reconciliation, and dispatch.
• Comfortable working hands-on on the store/warehouse floor.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Excel/WMS/ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store/warehouse floor operations.

• Coordinate with vendors for incoming goods and deliveries.
• Ensure proper quality/QC checks of incoming and outgoing stock.

• Ensure proper storage, organization, and movement of inventory.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to the City Manager/Ops Head.
