Job summary

Qualifications

• FMCG/Manufacturing store operations experience.
• Proficient in stock management and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Incharge in managing day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of RM, PM, FG, and other consumables.
• Maintain proper stock records, ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, conduct physical stock verification, monitor stock levels and Reorder Levels (ROL), and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure proper material identification, batch-wise storage, cleanliness, safety, and accurate documentation of all store transactions.
• Support stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and preparation of daily/monthly stock reports.

Job Description:

Maintain proper stock records, ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, conduct physical stock verification, monitor stock levels and Reorder Levels (ROL), and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams. Ensure proper material identification, batch-wise storage, cleanliness, safety, and accurate documentation of all store transactions. Support stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and preparation of daily/monthly stock reports.
