• 2–5 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in aluminium extrusion or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and stock reconciliation.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP experience preferred.
• Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification preferred.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, FIFO, and safe storage practices.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain inward/outward records, delivery challans, GRNs, and material issue slips.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards in the store.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
