Job summary

Janapriya Nirmaan Conglomerate is seeking an Inventory/Store - Executive for Shikara Project locations in Adibatla, Telangana. 2 to 8 years of experience preferred in a multi-story construction environment with solid knowledge of building materials and procurement workflows.

The role involves preparing MRIs, coordinating PO releases, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining GRN records and stock ledgers, and daily FIFO material issue control for site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory/store management for construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials and procurement processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Material Requisitions Indents per project requirements.
• Coordinate with HO Procurement for PO releases.
• Follow up with vendors and transporters to ensure timely material delivery.
• Create and update GRN and ledger postings for all receipts.
• Manage day-to-day material issues from stores for site works on FIFO basis.
• Prepare and submit GRN and material bills to Finance at HO.
• Maintain daily stock returnable materials and tools records.
• Handle stock counts and monthly stock reports; generate DSRs.
• Oversee material scrap management and reporting.

We required an Inventory/Store - Executive (Exp: 2 to 08 Years) for Stores in Shikara Project located in Adibatla at Bonguloor and the Job description as follows:

A) Expertise:

Candidate should have the knowledge/Experience from the Multi storied building construction industry is preferred.

And the candidate should have the knowledge about the below listed building Group materials specifications & makes.

• Raw Materials like Steel TMT Bars, Cement, Fly ash, admixture, Fine & Coarse Aggregates.
• RMC
• Safety & Consumables.
• CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes & fittings
• Door frames, Door Shutters
• Hardware fittings & Locks
• CP Fittings & Sanitaryware
• PVC Conduits, Fittings & Electrical fixtures.
• Wall & Floor Tiles.
• Tools & Tackles.

B) Job Description:

Prepare the Material Requisitions Indents as per the Project requirements on monthly basis.

Follow up with the H.O Procurement team for the P.O releases.

Keep continues follow ups with the Vendors and transporters for material delivery on time.

Make the Necessary Inventory entries, Prepare the GRN and ledger posting of all the receipts.

Day to day materials Issues control from the Stores for site works on FIFO Basis.

Prepare and submit the GRN & Material Bills to F&A at HO

To maintain Material Issues returns control and records

To maintain the Daily wise returnable material & Tools records

Physical stock count prepares the stock report on monthly basis

Generate the DSR and Monthly stock reports.

To handle Material Scrap management.
