Evergreen Constructions is seeking an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and material activities at our construction site in Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of machinery-related items, construction materials, tools, consumables, and other site materials.

The role requires hands-on store management, accuracy in stock records, and coordination with Purchase, Accounts, Project, and Site Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the construction site.
• Receive and verify construction materials, machinery spares, tools, and consumables.
• Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
• Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests.
• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, GRN/MRN, and inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform material requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, and Site Engineering teams.
• Track incoming/outgoing materials and maintain documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and tools.
• Identify slow-moving/obsolete materials and report to management.
