Techno Engineering And Solutions Pune is seeking a Store/Inventory Clerk to manage day-to-day store operations, receive and issue LPG/PNG materials, and maintain accurate stock records. You will coordinate with Purchase, Project, Site, and Accounts teams to ensure timely material availability and proper handling.

The role involves regular stock verification, reporting, and adherence to safety and inventory procedures across warehouse and project sites in Maharashtra.

• Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper stock records.
• Receive, inspect, and issue LPG/PNG materials, equipment, tools, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate GRN, inward/outward, stock registers, and material issue records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Maintain proper identification, storage, and safe handling of LPG/PNG-related materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Site, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
• Track material movement between the warehouse, office, and project sites.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.
• Maintain records of damaged, excess, shortage, and returned materials.
• Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
