Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a Store Executive to manage daily store operations and ensure accurate stock control for project materials. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling inventory, with close interaction with procurement, project, and site teams.

Candidate should have a graduate degree and about 5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in EPC, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP is desirable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and material documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• ERP/SAP knowledge.
• Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material tracking reports.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and preservation.
• Coordinate with purchase, project, and site teams for material requirements.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
• Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN/GRN) and Material Issue Slips.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, consumables, and other project materials
