Job summary

N G Gadhiya Infrastructure in Jaipur on-site is seeking a Store Executive to manage material inward/outward, verify stock against orders, maintain GRNs, and prepare daily material reports for EPC construction projects.

You will coordinate with the Store In-Charge, procurement team, and site engineers to ensure systematic storage, accurate documentation, and timely stock reconciliation on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in store management and inventory control.
• MS Excel experience required for MIS reporting and stock tracking.
• EPC/Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle material inward and outward entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory tracker sheets, GRNs, and material issue slips.
• Assist in stock verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Track movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Prepare daily material reports and update MIS records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with Store In-Charge, procurement team, and site engineers.
• Ensure systematic storage, identification, and documentation of materials.
