Solidus Techno Power Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Store Executive to manage daily store operations at solar project sites, including material receiving, storage, inventory management, and documentation. You will ensure timely issuance of materials to project teams.

The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Engineering teams; willingness to work at site locations.

Competenze

• Graduate or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in store/inventory management preferred, especially in solar, electrical, construction, or infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Manage daily store activities at the solar project site.
• Receive and verify incoming materials as per Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans.
• Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/register records.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, return notes, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Engineering teams regarding material requirements.
• Track material movement between project sites.
• Identify damaged, excess, or shortage materials and report the same to management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.
• Ensure proper control of company assets, tools, and consumables.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage the day-to-day store operations at our solar project sites. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, storage, inventory management, documentation, and timely issuance of materials to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities at the solar project site.
• Receive and verify incoming materials as per Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans.
• Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with experience in construction, electrical, infrastructure, or solar project stores will be preferred.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in the solar, electrical, construction, or infrastructure industry.
