Job summary

Heritage Foods Limited is seeking a Stores/Warehouse professional to manage procurement and inventory operations at our site. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely material availability and accurate ERP records.

Candidates should have solid SAP MM experience, strong stock control skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Stores / Warehouse Operations.
• Good knowledge of SAP (SAP MM / Inventory Management).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, stock management and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Timely Processing Indents and arranging Materials/Spares within the lead-time.

• Process supplier bills and reconciliation.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Timely Processing Indents and arrange Materials/Spares within the lead-time.
2. Inventory Control & Management across HFL.
3. Vendor Development & Management.
4. Compare, Analysis and Negotiate the Purchase Price within the budget.
5. Timely Processing the Vendors/Suppliers Bills for payments and monthly reconciliation.
6. Statutory Audits & ISO Compliances.
7. Effective implementation of ERP & regular updating the data in ERP Module.
8. MIS preparation and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Stores / Warehouse Operations.
• Good knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP MM / Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, stock management, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and vendors.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good cultural fit with a positive attitude, adaptability, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing/plant environment.
• Must have experience in managing Stores operations across multiple locations.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
