Job summary

Sarvottam Polymers is seeking a Store/Warehouse operator to manage material receipt, storage, issuance to production, and ERP-based inventory updates. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch to ensure smooth material flow, perform stock verifications, and support inventory audits while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards onsite.

Qualifications

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packing materials and consumables.
• Issue materials to production per requisitions and maintain records.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory in ERP/software.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips and store-related documents.
• Conduct physical stock verification and assist in audits.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch for smooth flow.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO storage and proper housekeeping and safety.
• Report shortages, excess stock and damaged materials to Store Incharge.
• Assist in daily MIS reports and inventory reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in the Rigid Plastic Packaging, Plastic Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Packaging industry will be preferred.
