Job summary

Furlenco is seeking a smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The role will drive Operational Excellence and build a performance culture for the Warehouse.

The candidate will manage City P&L, inventory, Inward/Outward, forecasting, and ensure timely invoicing and stock audits while maintaining data across daily/weekly/monthly cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the City P&L and monitor the recurring cost very closely at each warehouse level
• Ensuring the labours / Logistics and Last Mile is in sync with the capacity build and fits into our forecasting model
• Material Inward & Outward
• Store Inventory Maintenance without Discrepancy
• Invoices Closing on time and accounting the invoices
• QC Rejection Clearance
• Material issue for Daily Production
• Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Data for all inventory related
• Monthly Ordering & Forecasting for production
• Maintain Actual VS Budget stock
• All the DC, DSD invoices Clearing
• FIFO, FEFO and Clearance Stock Management
• Maintaining Store condition with outstanding standards
• Maintain a fully-stock inventory like Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Basis
• Preparation for Stock Audits
• Zero Discrepancy in Stock Audits & SOP Audits
