• Lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge steering systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
• Drive innovation strategies within the steering systems team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and new technology adoption.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for steering system components.
• Develop and implement robust system designs and performance optimizations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Champion problem-solving initiatives, identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy for automotive systems within the organization.
