Job summary

Crescon Projects in Chennai seeks a statutory compliance professional to ensure labor law adherence across ongoing real estate projects. You will monitor regulatory requirements and support site operations with compliant practices.

You will manage registrations under EPF, ESIC and other applicable acts, advise on contracts, wages, working hours, and related matters, and coordinate renewals while maintaining precise compliance records.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in statutory compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building and other construction workers' labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in managing registrations under EPF, ESIC and other relevant acts.
