Selective Global Search invites applications for a Statutory Compliance Executive based in Delhi. You will monitor statutory compliances at project sites and offices, review contractor adherence to PF, ESI, wages, and other laws, and maintain records and reports.

You will coordinate with site HR teams, track renewals, support audits, and escalate issues to the Regional Compliance Manager. The role requires 2–5 years in statutory or labour law compliance, a basic knowledge of Indian labour laws,

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor statutory compliances at project sites and offices.
• Verify contractor compliance related to PF, ESI, wages, bonus, LWF, EC/WC, CLRA, BOCW, etc.
• Collect, review and maintain statutory records, returns, challans and registers.
• Track licences, registrations and statutory renewal/filing due dates.
• Follow up with contractors and site/HR teams for pending compliances.
• Identify compliance gaps and elevate critical issues to the Regional Compliance Manager.
• Support statutory compliance audits, inspections and closure of observations.
• Update compliance status and documents in the compliance portal/system.
• Prepare basic compliance MIS and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Labour Law or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in statutory/labour law compliance, preferably in project, construction, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws.
• Good coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
