Job summary

Isgec Heavy Engineering is seeking an experienced static equipment engineering professional in India to design and specify equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and large piping systems. You will review drawings, datasheets, and specs, ensuring compliance with ASME, API, and ANSI standards.

You will coordinate with vendors and contractors, perform evaluations and inspections during manufacturing and installation, and support maintenance and safety reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in static equipment engineering in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI).
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project engineering deliverables release as per work plan & agreed schedule.
• Ensure full compliance of company design practices, codes and standards, customer technical specifications and safety requirements.
