Job summary

Tata Technologies in Pune, India seeks a hands-on Forming Simulation Engineer to develop and validate PAMSTAMP-based models for sheet metal forming. You will perform meshing, material card setup and disciplined analyses to predict spring-back, thinning and wrinkling, and support production with data-driven recommendations.

Collaborating with design, tooling, manufacturing and supplier teams globally, you will drive continuous improvement and promote simulation best practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in sheet metal forming and stamping processes.
• Ability to predict spring back and implement compensation strategies.
• Conduct formability, FLD, thinning and wrinkling analyses and validate with data.
• Define material cards and validate models for accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide manufacturing support.
