Job summary

Expleo Group in Chennai is seeking a stamping dies engineer with 4–8 years of experience to drive die design validation and project coordination. You will collaborate with suppliers on die layouts, buy-off activities, and casting validation, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Catia/UG NX skills and excellent communication. Prior exposure to PLM and MS Office is beneficial; French understanding is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical with Tool and Die making or related diploma.
• 4–8 years of stamping dies experience.
• Proficient in Catia and UG NX; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Die design validation and verification.
• Stamping project management with supplier follow-up and coordination.
• 2D & 3D process layout checks; provide validation feedback to suppliers.
• Die buy-off / HLTO coordination and release.
• Pattern & Casting validation; support process improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration; effective communication with teams.

• stamping project engieer responsible for stamping project management & supplier followup .Also have knoweledge of process & design .Knoweledge of simulation will be added advantage not compelsory.
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and inputs .Should have die design expriance at least 4-8 year in stamping dies.Should have good understanding of the stamping process .
