Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor test development, silicon bring-up and characterization.
• Experience with DFT, ATPG, PMU blocks, BUCLK, LDOs and trimming techniques.
• Proficient in scripting for test automation (Python, Perl) and C/C++/Java basics.

Seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in ATE test development, DFT, and SoC validation for RF, connectivity, and IoT products. The role focuses on silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, yield improvement, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
