Job summary

Aditya Birla Chemicals is seeking a Civil Maintenance Engineer to execute and supervise civil maintenance, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects at the site in Madhya Pradesh, India. The role covers planning, scheduling, review of drawings, quantities, and coordination with Production, Safety and Procurement teams.

You will ensure quality and safety compliance, prepare estimates, scopes of work, and technical evaluations, and document work completion.

• Execution and supervision of civil maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects.
• Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment, work fronts and schedules.
• Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements/billing.
• Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.
• Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Projects, Safety, Purchase and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and site requirements.
• Preparation of estimates, scope of work, technical evaluations and work completion documentation.
