Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Chemicals division is hiring a Staff - Civil to execute and supervise civil maintenance, repairs, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects; plan and monitor works, deploy contractors, and manage schedules.

The role involves reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications, quantity measurements, and supervising RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.

Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of civil maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects.
• Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment, work fronts and schedules.
• Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements/billing.
• Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing, painting and building works.
• Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Projects, Safety, Purchase and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and site requirements.
• Preparation of estimates, scope of work, technical evaluations and work completion documentation.
