Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators invites applications for a civil maintenance supervisor role based in Nagda, MP. The incumbent will execute and supervise civil maintenance, repairs, rehabilitation and CAPEX projects across plants and sites.

The candidate will plan and monitor civil works, deploy contractors, manage work fronts and schedules, review drawings and BOQs, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on all site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in execution and supervision of civil maintenance and CAPEX projects.
• Planning and monitoring of civil works, contractor deployment and schedules.
• Review of drawings, BOQs, specifications and quantity measurements.
• Supervision of RCC, structural, flooring, roofing, roads, drains, waterproofing and painting.
• Coordination with production, maintenance, projects, safety and purchasing.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and site requirements.
• Preparation of estimates, scope of work and technical evaluations.
