Job summary

JobTrade seeks a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, BOQ, and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and MEP teams, monitor daily progress, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities include site supervision, quality checks, material coordination, and ensuring on-time completion with required quality. Prior experience in RCC/structure work is advantageous.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams. Check construction drawings and resolve site-level technical issues. Monitor quality, safety, manpower, materials, and daily site progress.

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), quantity calculations, measurements, and billing-related documentation. Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper QA/QC procedures are followed. Monitor material availability and coordinate for timely procurement.
