Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets within the assigned area by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics
Lead and manage a team of brand staff providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development
Resolve exceptions and delays in orders promptly ensuring minimum inventory levels are maintained through strategic planning and sales forecasting
Communicate effectively with distribution dealers and channel partners regarding marketing and incentive schemes set by Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
Address and resolve market and customer queries in a timely manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participate in and execute training programs for distribution dealers and channel partners enhancing their capabilities and knowledge
Collaborate with the production team to accurately forecast demand reducing inventory wastage and optimizing supply chain efficiency
