• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Proficient in inventory optimization and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive process improvements.

Job Description

Supply Planning: Lead end-to-end supply planning, demand fulfilment, S&OP process, inventory optimization, seasonal planning, new product launches, capacity planning, warehouse planning, supplier coordination, production planning, demand forecasting, automation initiatives, KPI reporting, governance compliance and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted product availability and business growth.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead and facilitate Sales and Operations Planning SOP meetings to align crossfunctional teams on demand and supply strategies
• Enhance forecast accuracy by analyzing market trends and historical data to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Optimize inventory management processes to reduce costs and improve service levels ensuring timely product availability
• Monitor OnTime InFull OTIF and Fill Rate metrics to maintain high standards of supply chain performance
• Manage Purchase Requisition PR Purchase Order PO and Sales Order SO approvals to streamline procurement processes
• Oversee warehouse capacity planning to ensure efficient storage and distribution operations
• Coordinate with Sales Supply Chain Management SCM Procurement Plants and Logistics teams to ensure cohesive supply chain execution
• Lead automation and digital transformation projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy
• Review and analyze supply chain Key Performance Indicators KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Mentor and develop the planning team to build capabilities and drive performance excellence
• Manage escalations and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures SOPs to maintain operational integrity
• Implement strategies to improve inventory turns and elevate customer service levels supporting overall business growth
