Job summary

Clay Inc. in Mumbai, India, seeks a Sr. Visualizer Assistant Art Director to lead concept development and execute high-quality design campaigns across print, digital, and branding platforms.

You will guide junior designers, collaborate with the Art Director, and push creative boundaries while staying true to brand intent. A strong portfolio and 4–6 years of experience in design/branding are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in branding, campaign design, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and with other related Software.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is a must, including ideation, visual exploration, image generation, design development, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to conceptualize from scratch and translate abstract ideas into visuals.
• Solid understanding of print media, digital asset guidelines, and brand systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and high-quality design execution.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and effective communication.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a design or branding agency.
• Relevant education/training in communication design, visual arts, or similar fields.
