CR8 Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative Senior Visualiser to develop innovative visual concepts for advertising campaigns and digital marketing projects. You will transform ideas into compelling visual designs and support the creative team in delivering high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong visualisation skills, a degree in Graphic Design or related field, and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.

You will be working in a collaborative environment focused on creativity and brand development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in advertising or creative agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts for advertising and branding campaigns.
• Create layouts for social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual solutions.
• Guide junior designers and provide creative direction.
• Review design outputs to ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and industry standards.
• Support creative requirements for clients across states.
