Job summary

Qollabb EduTech Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Visual Designer with a strong background in branding, visual design, animation, and motion graphics. This on-site role requires leadership of a design team and ownership of multiple projects from concept to delivery.

You will create static and animated assets for social media, campaigns, and branding, guide junior designers, and collaborate with marketing and content teams while embracing AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Design, Branding, and Motion Design.
• Experience handling branding projects and leading a design team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.

Job Overview We’re looking for a creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer with strong skills in branding, visual design, animation, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience handling branding projects, leading a design team, delegating work, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. You should be someone who takes ownership, is accountable for deliverables, and can guide junior designers while maintaining strong creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding projects.
• Translate briefs into high-impact visual stories aligned with brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and brands.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Work on end-to-end branding projects, from concept development to final execution.
• Develop brand identities including logos, typography, colour palettes, layouts, and visual systems.
• Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints.
• Translate brand strategy and positioning into strong visual identities.

Team Management & Ownership

• Lead and manage the visual design team and oversee day-to-day deliverables.
• Delegate work effectively based on project requirements and team capabilities.
• Review team output and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned projects and team deliverables.

Social Media & Content Design

• Create static creatives, carousels, GIFs, reels, digital ads, and other social media assets.
• Develop visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand recall.

Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create animations, motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content.
• Enhance static creatives with motion to improve storytelling and engagement.
• Guide and review motion work produced by junior designers.

AI & Creative Tools

• Use AI tools to support design, animation, ideation, and content creation.
• Generate creative concepts, visual directions and mood boards using AI platforms.
• Write and refine prompts to produce high-quality visual and motion outputs.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and trends in design, motion, and creative production.

Collaboration

• Work closely with creative, strategy, marketing, and content teams.
• Understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Branding, Motion Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience working on branding projects and developing visual identities.
• Proven experience in team handling, delegation, and project ownership.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, animation, and motion design.
• Experience creating social media content, digital campaigns, instagram grids and stories.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based creative workflows is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong branding, motion graphics, and animation portfolio is highly preferred.
