You will collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure brand objectives are met. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential for delivering high-quality visuals on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer in digital/advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography and color theory.
• Experience with social media campaigns and brand communication.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

As a Senior Visualizer, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for multiple brandsandcampaigns. You will collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and client servicing teams to develop visuallyengaging content that aligns with brand objectives and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Lead creative ideation and translate briefs into impactful visual concepts.
• Develop campaign key visuals, mood boards, storyboards, and creative layouts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and visualizers within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital formats, and creative best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts internally and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working on social media campaigns, digital ads, and brand communication.
• Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and execute them independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and versatile design work.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics and video editing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Understanding of UI/UX and digital-first content creation.
• Experience handling lifestyle, entertainment, BFSI, or consumer brands is preferred.
