Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• Proven experience as Visualizer/Graphic Designer.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Excellent aesthetics, typography, layout and color theory.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually engaging creatives across digital and print mediums. You will collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life in a visually compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, layouts, and visual direction for campaigns and brand communication.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, video frames, and brand assets.
• Convert briefs into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and digital teams to develop cohesive design solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure final outputs meet requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare visuals and storyboards for digital ads, website layouts, presentations, and other brand materials.
• Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
