Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts for advertising and branding campaigns
• Create layouts for social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, hoardings, and other marketing materials
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to bring ideas to life
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual solutions
• Guide junior designers and provide creative direction
• Review design outputs to ensure quality standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with latest design trends and industry standards
• Support creative requirements for clients across states
