Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a L3 level Senior Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to efficiently process Capital Market Advisor Service Cash Management documents for a Non-Voice BPS account for a US client. The role requires handling cash management transactions, high value securities processing, and client communications.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in BPO/banking domain, with strong MS Office skills, good typing speed, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 12+3 educational degree mandatory; BCom/BBA/BBM preferred.
• 2–3 years work experience in BPO/banking or capital market domain preferred.
• Engineering/Tech graduates are not preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Cash Management transactions: receipts and disbursements.
• Handle high value securities processing, verification and updates to Brokerage Advisors.
• Prepare reports, handle escalations and share process updates.

Job description

Technical Skills:

• Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting
• Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy
• Excellent Communication skills – to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc

Process Skills:

• Good and sound knowledge of Capital Market Concepts – preferably US Stock Market
• Expert Knowledge on Processing of Cash Management Transactions of Securities – Receipts, Disbursements, High Value securities processing, Verification, analyzing documents and providing Updates to Brokerage Advisors of their requests.
• Sound knowledge on Review and Verification process of Cash management activities of Advisors
• Knowledge of Handling High value Transactions
• Reports making, Escalation Handling , Process Update sharing
• 100% Accurate work required as Errors will have Financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.

Behavioral Skills:

• Strictly US Shift Working Hours – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required.
• Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves
• To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company

Certification:

• Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience (similar BPO field and domain) but with other Specialization will also be looked into.
• Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.
• No Engineering / Tech Graduates

Experience requirements:

• Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in similar BPO field – preferable from Banking and Capital Market Domain (primary preference)
• Should have handled Cash management Processing in previous organization.
