Job summary

Infosys BPM in Bengaluru is seeking a senior solution leader to drive pursuits for technology-enabled operations in BPM. You will conceptualize strategies, win themes, and transformation approaches while shaping responses to RFPs/RFIs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Accounts and Delivery to craft solutions, present PoCs, develop GTM collateral, and mentor junior staff. Willingness to travel internationally on short notice is required.

Qualifications

• MBA required with leadership experience in BPM or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of capital markets operations and asset lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits for RFPs/RFIs, conceptualize solution strategy, win themes and transformation approach.
• Participate in scope definition, due diligence workshops and orals with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account and Delivery Managers on the solution.
• Prepare and present solution presentations, PoCs, walkthroughs and proposal defenses.
• Create GTM strategy and work with Sales across geographies to identify opportunities.
• Create collateral for Financial Services and develop Whitepapers and PoV.
• Train and grow junior staff and enhance team capabilities.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets value chain and related processes.
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation tools (Workflow, RPA, Data, IDP, Gen AI).
• Excellent MS Office and presentation software usage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Pursuits (RFPs/ RFIs): Conceptualize Solution Strategy, Win Themes, Pitches and Transformation approach while responding to RFPs/RFIs for Tech enabled Operations (BPM).
• Participate in Scope definition / Due Diligence workshops / Orals with prospective customers.
• Collaborate & Coordinate with the Sales teams, Account and Delivery Managers on the Solution.
• Prepare and present solution presentations, Proof-of-Concepts, Solution Walkthroughs and proposal defense meetings
• Create Go to Market (GTM) strategy: Work actively with the Sales teams across geographies to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions.
• Create collaterals for Financial Services and develop Whitepapers and PoV
• Train and grow junior staff members and enhance team capabilities
• Open to domestic & international travel at short notice
• Key Domain and Technical Skills required:
• In-depth knowledge of the Value Chain, Operations and Asset Classes
• Understanding of the Security and Trade Life Cycles o Client Onboarding and KYC o Data Management: Account/Security Setup and maintenance o Trade Management (Front / Middle / Back Office) o Corporate Actions o Reconciliation o Reporting (Shareholder/Financial/Regulatory) o Payments
• Knowledge of Platforms and key technologies in the Capital Markets space
