Job summary

HealthMinds Consulting Private Limited seeks a Senior Enterprise Software Test Engineer (Test Automation) to join the Enabling Technologies R&D team in Bengaluru. You will own testing strategies, build automation frameworks, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA partners to ensure robust quality across web applications.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of SDET experience, expertise with Cypress and Playwright, API testing, and strong CI/CD and version control knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have 9+ years SDET experience, including customer-facing products.
• Experience with web app testing including cloud-native apps.
• Proficiency in Cypress and Playwright for automation.
• Experience with API testing (Postman/SoapUI) and CI/CD.
• Ability to craft automated test cases and document specs.

Responsibilities

• Own subsystem/moduletesting strategy, developing frameworks.
• Guide squad to implement test protocols and automate tests.
• Work with configuration management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze automated regression results and file bug tickets as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and product managers.
• Support in planning delivery time, code quality, and process efficiency.

Senior Ent Software Test Engineer in the EnablingTechnologies R&D Software Organization developing software supportingClient Navigation and Imaging systems. The individual will operate inall phases and contribute to all activities of the software developmentprocess. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking,team environment.

A Day in the Life

• Develop, run, andmaintain suite(s) of automation tests
• Conduct Test protocolsand code review
• Good knowledge andexperience to leverage AI for accelerating Test case creation and automationScripts
• Support in planningdelivery time, code quality, and process efficiency improvement projects
• Guide the team inresolving bottlenecks in testing and deployment processes and design automationsolutions
• Maintain and growknowledge of platform configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Work under generaldirection and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Continuously keepupdated with latest technology trends and channel that learning to Client Product development

Must Have

Must Have

• B.E/ BTech. in CS, IT, EC Engineering
• 9+ years of SDET experience (or ME/MTech), including 3+ years of experience in (high/low-level) customer-facing products testautomation
• Experience in Webapplication testing including Cloud native applications
• Good experience TestAutomation frameworks – Cypress & Playwright.
• Developing frameworkand tools to identify functional and non-functional (latency, performance)regressions
• Performance testing,load testing,
• Design/development ofautomated test cases
• Analyze results ofautomated regression suites and distill those results into bug tickets asneeded
• Experience with APItesting using Postman or Soap UI
• Strong demonstratedability to work directly with technical leads and other engineers
• Demonstrate a creativeand innovation-driven ability to articulate engineering quality paradigms andpatterns
• Aware of CI/CD(Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Automation
• Experience with GITand other version control tools
• Ability to manage ownlearning and contribute to functional knowledge building
• Ability to work bothindependently and help other team members

Principal Working Relationship

• Reports to theEngineering Manager. Closely work with Tech lead
• Work with ProductManager/Owner, Deveopers, DevOps engneers to align the testing roadmap withstrengths and opportunities within the existing architecture
• Support in definingsquad to draft quarterly OKRs and engineering KPIsStrong oral and writtencommunication skills
