Job summary

NIIT Limited in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Technical Training Developer – Learning Delivery to design and deliver advanced technical training programs for employees, freshers, or clients.

You will develop engaging content, facilitate virtual and classroom sessions, and manage LMS activities while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and learning impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience in technical training or learning delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training materials, presentations, assessments, and learner guides.
• Deliver technical and process training through virtual and classroom sessions.
• Coordinate with trainers, stakeholders, and business teams for training schedules and delivery plans.
• Manage learning operations including attendance tracking, assessments, feedback, and reporting.
• Maintain training records and learning dashboards.
• Assist in LMS activities such as course uploads, learner tracking, and completion reports.
• Conduct refresher sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of learning delivery methodologies and instructional design.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts/processes.
