NIIT is seeking an eLearning Developer with 3–4 years of experience to design and customize interactive courses using Articulate Storyline, Lectora, and Adobe Captivate. The role requires strong front‑end skills, SCORM compliance, and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on experience and expertise in eLearning course and template development using Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Acrobat Writer.
• Expertise in Storyline and Lectora customization, including both course authoring enhancements and published output customization using JavaScript/jQuery
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and LMS interaction/debugging.
• Experience debugging course behavior in different browsers using DevTools (Chrome/Edge).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel‑perfect user experiences
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow the process in line with client communication and compliance protocol and meet the given timelines.
